Please arrive 15 minutes prior to appointment time to allow proper paperwork time or "Click Here" to download and print your forms. Make sure to fill them out completely and bring them to your first appointment.
2. Cancellation Policy -
We require a 48 hour notice for appointment reschedules and cancellations. We all have had those days when we couldn't make it to an appointment but it is always important to notify the office ASAP. We allow a one time only "Opps I Forgot!". After your first offense you will be asked to give a credit card in order to schedule future appointments. There is a fee of $25 for late cancellation/reschedule and $50 for a no show per incident. These fees cover time and labor that was allotted in the schedule for your appointment.
3. Confirmation Calls -
We use an automated system to remind you of your appointment, So be sure to give us your best contact number. We require a call back confirmation from each client to ensure that you have remembered your appointment and are still coming. This is to save you fees!!!
4. Appointment Time -
Visit's to NEENT MedSpa will take anywhere from 30-120 minutes or more depending on service requested. Please allow yourself an extra 15 minutes before and after each appointment for questions. If you are a first time client, you may want to allow yourself an extra 30 minutes......just in case!
5. Payment Types -
Full payment is due at time of service. We accept all major credit cards, cash and electronic checks. Unfortunately esthetic services are considered "cosmetic" and are not covered under insurance but you can use your Care Credit card for treatments and product.
6. Return Policy -
All opened products are non-refundable. Unopened products can be exchanged. If you have an allergic reaction to a product, a refund will be given after documentation and confirmation from the physician.
7. Manors -
Please turn off your cell phone or set it on vibrate. This will provide a more relaxing experience. Talking during your treatment is completely up to you. If your looking for a speech free session, let the esthetician know your going to your "spa zone". Keep in mind the esthetician is going to describe the service and products used during the treatment. Speak up about what you want or how the treatment feels. Some products are more active than others but no facial is meant to be excruciating. We still want to pamper you while correcting your skin.
